The RDV485GDN 5 burner natural gas range features 12,500 BTU front right and rear left burners and 17,500 BTU front left, rear right and center burners. Each patented DCS dual flow burner supplies a simmer temperature as low as 140 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling you to cook delicate sauces for long hours without scorching. The sealed burners provide a reliable flame beneath the cast iron grates, which form a continuous cooking surface for easily moving cookware from burner to burner. The grease management system allows you to create healthier meals on the 24,000 BTU stainless steel griddle, which features a highly polished cooking surface for lasting quality. The control knobs are located on the front panel for safe, convenient access to each burner, and a sealed surface makes cleaning easy. The main electric oven has a 4. 7 cubic foot capacity chamber with a concealed element, and the secondary oven has a 2. 0 cubic foot capacity chamber. The main oven chamber features three full extension, telescopic oven racks with five shelf positions, and the secondary oven chamber features two oven racks with five shelf positions. The self cleaning function burns away buildup while the oven door is closed, reducing the time it takes to clean up after cooking. Cooking Modes: Broil, Bake, Proofing (secondary oven only) and Convection.
