There’s no more hot or cold spots, just precision heating for perfect results.

LED Burner Indicator

Control knobs with an embedded red LED light line indicate if the burner is on or if there is residual heat.

OptiSim® Burner

The OptiSim burner design is wider and thicker which diffuses heat evenly for better flame control when simmering delicate sauces.

Easy-to-Clean

The low-profile cooking surface provides a timeless, streamlined look while keeping spills contained and makes clean-up easier than ever.

Dishwasher-Safe Grates

A special enameling process allows the grates to be washed directly in the dishwasher instead of by hand for easier clean up.

Continuous Cast Iron Grates

The full-width continuous cast iron grate design makes sliding heavy pots easier around the cooking surface.

Dual-Flame Power Burner

The dual flame ring power burner has two rings for low and high flame settings so you can go from simmer to sear with ease. Heat level 1-3 uses the inner ring, and 4-9 uses both rings for maximum heat.
