If there are any issues with your appliances, that are not installation related, the manufacturer will need to be contacted for a resolution.
Information required to schedule a service appointment:
- Contact person’s first & last name
- Contact person’s phone number
- Contact person’s email address
- Appliance’s physical address
- Appliance’s model/serial number
- Appliance’s issue
- Proof of Purchase/Closing Date
Please advise: The person entered as the point of contact for the service appointment is whom the servicer will contact with any & all updates. The best way to receive an update is to contact the servicer directly.
