If there are any issues with your appliances, that are not installation related, the manufacturer will need to be contacted for a resolution.

Information required to schedule a service appointment:

• Contact person’s first & last name
• Contact person’s phone number
• Contact person’s email address
• Appliance’s physical address
• Appliance’s model/serial number
• Appliance’s issue
• Proof of Purchase/Closing Date

Please advise: The person entered as the point of contact for the service appointment is whom the servicer will contact with any & all updates. The best way to receive an update is to contact the servicer directly.
