Harness the precision of induction by selecting preset cooking modes directly on the cooktop. Select Boil to quickly bring water to a rolling boil, integrated sensors auto-adjust to help limit overboiling while you prep. Select Simmer for optimal temperatures to slowly cook sauces. Use Sauté for more intense heat in stir-fries and fajitas.
Flex-Choice™ Zones
Send the power of induction to every corner of your cookware. Flex-Choice™ Zones feature rectangular elements with even heat edge-to-edge, unlike traditional round bridge elements. Twin elements can be used separately at different temperatures for smaller dishes or combined into one large zone to evenly heat rectangular griddles.

Works with Most High-Quality Cookware
Works with most high-quality cookware, such as multi-ply stainless steel, enameled steel or cast iron. Aluminum and copper cookware will not work unless it has a base made of iron or steel. Look for pans marked "Works with Induction," or test to see if a magnet will stick to the bottom.
