With our innovative Miele@home system, you can take full advantage of your Miele appliances and make your everyday life even smarter. All intelligent Miele domestic appliances can be networked conveniently and securely. Operation is simple – whether you use the Miele app, voice control, or integration into existing smart-home solutions. The appliances are networked via a home WiFi router and the Miele Cloud.
AUTOMATIC LOAD CONTROL
All Miele washing machines feature intelligent automatic load recognition. This feature analyzes the current load and uses only the amount of water and electricity needed for excellent cleaning and rinsing results.
HOT WATER
Several Miele washing machine models feature a second water connection. With a connection to hot water, up to 65% electricity can be saved, providing that water is heated using solar technology, for example. You can also use well water or rain water. This saves valuable drinking water – which is good for the environment and your wallet.
PROFIECO MOTOR
The ProfiEco motor from Miele is a particularly powerful inverter drive and is also extremely economical and quiet. As the motor is electronically controlled, it does not require carbon brushes, which means it has no wear. For many years of efficient and convenient laundry care.

HONEYCOMB DRUM
The web-like surface structure of the Miele Honeycomb Drum creates a thin film of water between the drum and the laundry. This results in laundry gliding gently and protects the fibers perfectly. The smaller, smoothly polished shouldered holes in the walls of the drum are also gentle on your textiles and prevent pilling and laddering. Foreign objects such as paper clips or bra underwires no longer end up in the drain pump.
SOFTSTEAM
With the SoftSteam option, you can reduce the need for ironing by up to 50%. At the end of the wash program, a smoothing program completes the process. During this, laundry is tumbled inside the moist, warm drum and smoothed with steam.
WATER PROTECTION SYSTEM
water protection system monitors the water intake with a water level sensor. Water intake is stopped automatically if the normal water level is not reached. If there is water leakage inside the machine, the inlet valve inside the machine closes and water in the suds container is pumped away. A float switch in the drip tray also detects leaking water.
DOUBLE WATERPROOF SYSTEM
Miele provides protection for your home for all Miele water protection systems - for 20 years. Should you incur damage to property as a result of a defect in the water protection system, you have a safety guarantee. in the event that a leak or blockage is detected.
CAPDOSING PORTIONED DISPENSING
Miele’s single-use capsules are convenient for laundry requiring special treatment. They are made from 100% recycled plastic and are simply placed into the fabric softener compartment. The perfect amount of detergent for one wash cycle is dispensed – and there is no longer any risk of adding too much or too little. Available are 6 special detergents, 3 fabric softeners, the ImpraProtect proofing agent, Booster for heavy soiling, and CottonRepair.
